Workshop Tickets
Due to the nature and timelines of planning for RUMBO Workshop, workshop tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another individual. For more information on transferring your ticket, contact us at hello@rumboworkshop.com
Online Store – Merchandise
If for any reason you would like to return your purchase within 28 calendar days of the item’s delivery date to you. Please note:
All clothing and accessory items except for sale items are eligible for return. Items must be unworn, unwashed with all tags and labels attached. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the return. Items such as undergarments and face masks cannot be returned for hygienic purposes. Items that are not in the original and unused condition will not be refunded. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size.
Refunds will be made to the method of payment used for purchase no later than 14 days after the item is received.
